Materials
- cardboard
- paint sticks
- colored paper
- markers
- glue
- scissors

Instructions
- Invite the kids to come up with some mask designs (e.g, superhero masks, animal masks, silly masks). The easiest way to create symmetrical masks is to fold the cardboard in half, draw half of the mask, cut it out, and then unfold it.
- Invite the kids to decorate the masks using paint sticks, markers, and colored paper.
Helpful tip: Thin cardboard from cereal boxes works best for this activity.
