- watercolor paint
- small jar

Instructions
This activity is part of our book club, but you can try it with your kids even if you didn’t read the book.
- To prepare this activity, cut circles out of watercolor paper (or thin cardboard).
- Then, invite the kids to decorate the paper cookies using watercolor paint.
- Once the paint dries, place all the cookies in a small jar and add a label on it.
- After you create the jar, use it to encourage the kids to do small acts of kindness. Every time your kids do something kind, take a cookie out of the jar, write their kindness act on the back of the cookie, and put it back at the bottom of the jar.
- Keep going until you add kindness acts on all the cookies in the jar.
